At Alpha Delta Pi, we are a sisterhood of friends, a family of individuals, and a home away from home. We embrace every woman's uniqueness, we encourage and support each other's goals and dreams, and we value character above all else. Founded in 1851 at Wesleyan Female College in Macon, Georgia, Alpha Delta Pi was the first secret society for women.
A sorority is about the bonds you make with the women who joined this sorority just as you did, sharing your values and making memories throughout your college experience that you’ll never forget. Our values consist of, scholarship, leadership, service to others, and sisterhood. Our sorority understands it is essential to maintain a balance between sisterhood and academics; therefore, we are proud to say that we hold one of the highest GPA on campus. In addition to this, we take pride in each of our sisters accomplishments and are proud to contribute towards our national philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House, as well as our local philanthropy, the B+ Foundation. We feel so privileged to be a part of Alpha Delta Pi, and we wish you luck in finding your home too!
Sincerely,
The Women of Alpha Delta Pi– Theta Delta
“My why ADPi is the genuine people I have met, and the connections I have made that I cannot imagine my college experience without. These girls have brought out the best version of me by truly just being themselves. I will forever be grateful for ADPi for giving me my best friends and so much more.” – Megan Ledbury
“My Why ADPi is giving me a purpose on this campus. Starting at UD, I did not feel like I belonged. I struggled to make friends and felt the lowest in my life. After going through recruitment, I noticed my happiness was being lifted. I met my best friend, got the best big, and as time went on and built the best fam in the world. My life was changed and my confidence was boosted. I felt myself smiling like I did as a little girl again, and felt so much support from the people around me. I was challenged to run for Vice President of Operations, and while I never thought I would ever be in that role, I earned my spot on the executive board in that role and I did everything I could to be the best VPO ever. ADPi taught me who I was even when I didn’t know who I was. I will forever be in debt to this amazing chapter for giving me my best friends and confidence I will take with me for life” – Kiley Michulka
